ASTRIANE carries out, on customer specifications, inspection sets for demanding environments such as the French nuclear sector. Our command and control racks are designed for transport and frequent handling. They can integrate automation for controlling tools and probes associated with processing software such as video analysis.

This industrial system, whose central element is a 6-axis serial robot, is used in a food packaging application. It ensures the installation and gluing of a cardboard overwrap on cookies packages. The process is handled entirely by the robot and takes less than 10 seconds per packet.

The equipment COBOTICC-PAL is an industrial palletizer whose central element - the UR10 collaborative robot - evolves into a packaging application on pallets of boxed products. The cobot is positioned on a telescopic column which allows high palletizations. It performs a wide variety of repetitive tasks thanks to the PALLY ™palletizing software, by ROCKETFARM, which optimizes the laying plans according to the dimensions of the packages.

It is used in many contexts that fall within the concept of Factory of the Future by the flexibility they require: industrial manufacturing workshops, mail order warehouses, supermarkets, etc.
